Just My: Picture of the Week: Singapore Marina Bay Sands

The amazing Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Casino complex dominates the Singapore skyline.  It is an imposing collection of architecturally designed buildings and structures.

Opening in April 2010 the Marina Bay sands attracts thousands of tourists each day the highlight being the spectacular SkyPark on the top of the 55-story towers.  The whole complex occupies almost 15.5 hectares of space and includes:

• Three Hotel towers
• The ArtScience Museum
• The Shoppes shopping centre
• Expo and Convention Centre, and
• Casino

There are scarce few places in Singapore that do not afford views of the Marina Bay sands complex.

First time visitors as well as seasoned Singapore regulars will be sure to find something to excite and surprise here, for a little bit of a different experience I can highly recommend the delectable Cheese & Chocolate Bar & Buffett.  Each night from 8pm to 12pm at the Sands Club Skypark you can indulge in a sumptuous feast of Chocolate and Cheese delights.
